Group Training Programs at Alive
Certified Trainers, instructors, and coaches offer a variety of fee based, small group training programs at Alive. These workouts give members the opportunity to receive the extra motivation of working with a trainer, with the camaraderie of working with a small group.

Glutesanity is one hour of strength training to target your glutes and lower body, with a focus on improving shape and strength. You can expect to use equipment, free weights, bands, and body weight as your resistance.

Les Mills GRIT
Les Mills GRIT features three unique high intensity interval workouts each designed to drive different results: GRIT STRENGTH, PLYO, & CARDIO. GRIT workouts are 30 minutes and switch between short bursts of intensity and recovery periods – the best way to increase fitness, tone muscles, lose fat and become more athletic. Commit to yourself and to a team. Your team will meet twice a week for six weeks.
